at this clinic, you’re invited to receive acupuncture care in community. we are offering more tailored care for those needing support with reproductive or menstrual health concerns.
acupunture is a traditional chinese medicine technique involving the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific body points to balance energy flow (chi). it is used to relieve pain, reduce stress, and treat various conditions by stimulating the nervous system to release chemicals that promote natural healing.
each session is individualized and 30 minutes. during this clinic, you are also welcome to stay after your treatment and drink tea, read, paint, journal or rest.
for simplicity, we are offering a low-cost treatments at a standard rate of $15. If this is not accessible, please feel free to reach out for sponsored tickets or an alternate rate.
as a note, denys’ (she/her) sessions are still individualized at 30 minutes, though are staggered in 45 minute increments to accommodate more individuals receiving treatment in community. monda’s sessions (he/him) are also individualized and offer less folks simultaneously receiving care.
meet your clinicians
denys is an acupuncturist, traditional chinese medicine practitioner, yoga instructor and meditation guide who is passionate about singing karaoke and eating pasta. her offerings include acupuncture, cupping, eastern bodywork (tuina), gua sha and moxibustion. her main intention is collective healing — treating individuals and supporting them through their own wellness journeys, so that they have the capacity to show up for their communities and loved ones. after completing over 900 clinical hours at eight branches college of eastern medicine, she discovered that supporting people through mental health challenges as well as treating gynecological conditions are some of her areas of interest.
denys will offer 30 minute sessions, staggered in 45 minute increments to accommodate more individuals receiving treatment in community.
monda’s nearly two decades of enriching experience as a healthcare provider is marked by a dynamic blend of traditional and modern therapeutic disciplines. coming from a deep ancestral lineage of healers, the cornerstone of monda’s method is an interconnected system that harmonizes manual therapy, sports-based acupuncture, and the life-force cultivation practices of qi gong. this is further enhanced by his recognition of the seven emotions and five elements that are central to his clients’ holistic well-being. his dedication to providing accessible healthcare seamlessly bridges ancient healing arts with contemporary life, ensuring his practices are as practical as they are profound.
